Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Opened perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)
- Cut or altered unstitched fabric
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
